Data Machine utilizes multiple Zeiss programmable CMM’s. These CMM’s are unbelievably accurate (1.2 and 1.7 micron), which puts our customers’ minds at ease knowing their parts are being checked on state-of-the-art machinery and parts are being made to their specifications. Our CMM software populates detailed inspection reports that can be supplied to our customers, showing dimensional conformance to customer specifications. We also use optical sensors, surface finish testers, and hardness testers to hone in on individual features, ensuring high quality parts to our customers.
