Data Machine uses up to 5 axis machining, employing live tooling.  This allows us to machine many parts which require both turning and milling, all completed on one machine.  Our machines can manufacture parts ranging from .007” diameter to 28” diameter.  We can machine very soft or very hard materials while achieving excellent finishes, along with holding extremely close tolerances.
